This is a great reg set for someone starting out or a seasoned veteran. The Prestige 22 comes with the new mares superflex hose so you have lots of flexablilty and won't experience any pulling at the mouth. The MR-22 first stage is the one that has broke all the records and will provide you with all the air you can handle. The prestige second stage is a very easy to breathe with also has the divepredive knob to limit free flows when diving in. The Rebel octopus is a good sturdy octopus that will provide your buddy with air in a time of need. The  Mares Mission 3 gauge set is a great set of gauges with easy to read numbers all around. It also shows some great hook points to keep it hooked to your BCD and out of the sand so it won't get scratched up.
