The online availability lets you know approximately when
we can ship the product to you. This estimate does not include the time it will
take for the product to be delivered to you after it leaves our warehouses.
List of product availability terms
• In Stock: Usually ships next business day. We will ship the product
once we are sure that stock is available.
• On Order: Usually ships in 1-2 weeks. This product is currently not
stocked. We expect new stock to arrive in our warehouse within
1 to 2 weeks. The product will be shipped as soon as the stock is available.
• Out of Stock: Will ship when available. This product is currently out
of stock. We are unable to obtain a precise date of
availability from the manufacturer; however, we are trying our best to confirm
availability dates. The product will be shipped as soon as the stock is
• Pre-Orders: This product is scheduled to arrive in our warehouse on the
Release Date. We make every effort to show the accurate date provided by our
suppliers. If the supplier changes the Release Date, we will display the new
date with the product details.
• Gift Card Delivery: We can usually ship your Gift Certificate order in
1-2 business days.
**Please Note** Availability displayed on our product pages may change
while you complete the checkout process, as it is during this time that our
system obtains updated inventory levels for the product(s) you have selected.
Availability displayed on our web site is only an estimate, and is subject to
Shipping cost estimates
Please use the Shipping Estimator tool in your Shopping Cart to calculate
the costs and delivery times for each shipping option. The finalized charges
will appear in step 2 and 4 of the checkout. These costs are calculated based on
the product selection and your shipping address.
Delivery of your order is subject to the availability of our inventory and
the shipping method you select.
We may split your order into more than one shipment, depending on the
availability of each product. If your order is split you will not be charged for
the extra delivery, although your shipping charges may be split over the various
invoices. If you need to receive one of your products sooner, we recommend that
you place it in a separate order to avoid any possible delays. Your credit card
will not be changed until we have shipped your product.
Carriers usually deliver between 8 am and 5 pm local time. If you are not home
to accept delivery, we will leave you a delivery notification card with further
details and a pick up location. For your own security, please bring proper photo
identification when you pick up your order.
For your convenience, we deliver anywhere in Canada. To make sure that
orders being sent to PO boxes and rural route addresses get to their proper
destination, please include a physical street address, highway number and/or an
emergency number with your order. Please ask us details for shipments out side
of Canada we do not prepay duty and tax applicable to entry of goods to your
country other than Canada.
Methods of delivery
To give you the best possible service, we use a variety of couriers
depending on which best suits your needs. We will tell you which courier company
is handling your delivery when we send you your shipping confirmation email.
Please note that when the delivery team brings a package to your home, they need
a signature to finalize the delivery. The package must be accepted and signed
for by someone at your delivery address.
We will deliver these items as close to (but not before) the Release Date as
possible. If the supplier changes the Release Date, we will display the new date
with the product details. Your credit card will not be changed until we have
shipped your product. To guarantee your order is delivered in a timely manner,
please ensure that you use a credit card with an expiration date after the
item's release date.
Due to Canada Post weight restrictions, any item that is greater than
30kg/66lb will be delivered by another carrier.
Tracking your order
You can check the status of your order by clicking on the My Orders tab at
the top of our Home page, and logging into the system using your account
information. Tracking numbers can be found in your shipment notification email
or in My Orders.
You can trace your package with Canada Post by visiting Canada Post's web site
at www.canadapost.ca p.m. eastern time.
